Refund Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases and membership access for Rasty AI, operated by Rasty Digital Media Limited. The service provides digital online access, not physical goods.
1. Digital access nature
Because Rasty AI provides immediate or near-immediate digital access to online short drama previews and member catalog access, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or made available, except as required by law or as described below.
2. Situations we may review for refund
- Duplicate charge for the same account and same billing period.
- Incorrect amount charged compared with the displayed plan price.
- Verified technical access failure that prevents use of the paid service and cannot be reasonably resolved by support.
- Unauthorized transaction where the customer provides enough information for review and the payment processor confirms eligibility.
- Other circumstances where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
3. Situations generally not eligible
- Change of mind after digital access was made available.
- Failure to cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal date.
- Dislike of a catalog title, artwork, preview, layout, or subjective content preference.
- Inability to use the service caused by unsupported devices, blocked cookies, local network restrictions, or refusal to complete reasonable account verification.
- Requests made with incomplete, false, or unverifiable account or transaction information.
4. Refund request window
Refund review requests should be sent within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. How to request review
Email billing@rasty.fun with the account email, payment date, amount, transaction reference, plan name, and a clear explanation of the issue. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
6. Processing time
We aim to provide an initial response within 1-2 business days. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal where recurring billing is available. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current active billing period unless the refund request qualifies under this policy or applicable law.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact billing support first so we can review the issue quickly. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide transaction, account, service access, and support records to the payment provider for review.
